BFFs Angie and Kristan blog about anything, everything, and sometimes even nothing.

I want to look like this tomorrow

by Angie

Of course I’m missing the black romper, that sexy haircut with bangs (I’m actually contemplating my next haircut to give me bangs, any thoughts?), and funky red sunglasses. Okay, so I have nothing to look like that, but hey, there are things to aspire to like next week. (And apparently, it’s C.C. Sheffield)

Maybe I can find a romper that form fitting at Le Garage Sale the following weekend. I have a couple friends who want to go, so if you want in just let me know.

Okay, she does look really cute (we agree!) BUT bangs are the suck. They’re a pain in the butt, they get in your eyes, they don’t always look right (fall flat, look bumpy, etc.) so you have to try to style them right, and when you finally realize how annoying they are, they’re a pain to grow out.

EVERY TIME I HAVE HAD BANGS, I HAVE REGRETTED IT.

Which is why even though I sometimes see women looking really cute with bangs (like this photo), I think, Hmm, I could pull that off… BUT IT WOULD TAKE TOO MUCH WORK AND I AM LAZY. And I stop myself.

In fairness, somehow, my mom’s bangs don’t seem to be that much work for her. I think that’s why she keeps thinking I should do them too, forgetting that I only have 50% of her genes.

How about side bangs? Less commitment.

Also less work and MORE LAZINESS!!!

(BTW, Kristan told me all about how you LOVE ALL CAPS and all. So I know you love our comments today. Your welcome.)

I am very lazy with my hair, so maybe side bangs are the way to go. Knocking on wood my genes keep them easy to style.

    SERIOUSLY?
