And all this light is too bright, don’t feel like shining

Everybody but me by Lykke Li is a such a quirky song, although about an anti-social.

Clever girl, clean and intricate aesthetic

by Angie

There is something incredibly interesting and wonderful about having one piece of clothing that can be worn multiple ways. I think Misha got it just right with this piece.

She also made the really unique top that I covet and a clever jacket. In looking at her style I really like her because she appreciates shapes, geometric construction and draping. I just have to say, I’m definitely a fan of hers.

Number Cups by Takuya Hoshiko

by Kristan

Yesterday I spotted these AWESOME cups on design*sponge, and I don’t think I’ve wanted houseware this badly since… ever!

number_cups

Number Cups were designed by Takuya Hoshiko — I think this is their official site — and are distributed by Eastern Accent. I think you purchase them here. At $15 a pop they’re a little more than I want to spend right now, but someday, mark my words, I will have number cups of my very own, and if you steal one, I WILL KNOW!

Ohhhhhhhhh!!!!!!

by Angie

I’ve bought Nantaka Joy cards for a little now, and however beautiful, it is a little expensive. And then from her blog Oh Joy! she said, TODAY ONLY BUY ONE GET ONE FREE. So I encourage you to take advantage of this momentous occasion because I know I am. Else, you can find her stuff at Anthropologie and ABC Carpet & Home.

I want a snazzy new scarf

by Angie

Seeing as it’s freezing in Austin (yes, it actually got cold), I figure this post would be appropriate….although, I’m not sure how warm it will keep me.

Scarf by Little Factory comes in letters or numbers, black or white.
