Okay I admit it, I heard this on Gossip Girl the other night and it was a great last song to play (while I was switching to and from the Fiesta Bowl). I don’t know much about White Lies, but they partly remind me of a blend between The Killers and Depeche Mode.
Here is E.S.T. by White Lies. The album To lose my life should be released next week.
Okay, so you can’t see it well in this video (it is on the drum) but I looove their logo! So simple but memorable.
I reeeally dig the other song you sent me by them, “Unfinished Business,” but this one is kind of slow to start… It picks up, though! (I also tend to prefer studio versions because I can’t hear the vocals as well live. That’s one of the things I usually don’t like about concerts… But that’s a me thing.)
