How I’d do Halloween

I have no costume for Halloween this year, as I didn’t think I’d be in New York! However, if I were hosting a party I’d probably keep it chic like this, where even the ghost wall decorations are classy. Of course, Trick-or-Treating is mandatory!
And did I mention I’d also do it in Paris?
