BFFs Angie and Kristan blog about anything, everything, and sometimes even nothing.

I tell you, don’t get addicted to the Crackberry

by Angie

Kristan, you will appreciate this one. I was on the bus heading home and as 99% of us are busy typing away on our Crackberries, the guy next to me was holding an old school regular flip phone. As in something like this on the left that’s four years old. He told me he’s holding out until it’s absolutely necessary to get a new phone–and this is someone our age!

Good luck Chris. Seeing as you work in the financial industry, I’m surprised they haven’t gotten you yet.

Yeah, Kristan took the words right out of my mouth (or fingers, whatever). I guess I’m still in wireless device pre-school. And I work (and by work, I mean I’m temporarily half-employed) for “the largest provider of local, long distance telephone services in the United States.” You can imagine the looks I get when I pull out my 2006 cell phone in the elevators.
